OFF THE PLAN – PURCHASE PROCESS FOR BUYERS
STEP 1 – PAY $1000 to secure chosen LAND & HOUSE PACKAGE
STEP 2 – PAY Land Deposit – 10% Paid on Signing of LAND CONTRACT
STEP 3 – PAY Building Deposit – 5% on Signing BUILDING CONTRACT
STEP 4 – Settlement of the Land (Pay rest of 90% of LAND CONTRACT)
STEP 5 – CONSTRUCTION starts & rest of 95% of BUILDING CONTRACT is paid as progress payment until house is complete (4-5 part progress payment)
NOTE – House is ready approximately within 6 months from the date of land registration
